Quality and slicing guidelines

The following points summarize our strict guidelines:

  • The markup looks exactly the same as the original design.
  • CSS classes and images are intuitively named to correspond to their sense / content.
  • The code is correctly indented to correspond to the nesting level of each element.

The P2H workflow

Our steps to a successful customer experience

  1. step 1.

A client posts an order. The client receives a confirmation email with access information for the client area.

  2. step 2.

The support team ensures the order has all required information. Support may ask the client to submit additional information.

  3. step 3.

Support assigns the order to a project manager.

  4. step 4.

The manager conducts a full investigation of the design and requirements. This may result in additional questions for the client, which must be answered before the project progresses. (If the order includes implementation, an implementation investigation will occur as well).

  5. step 5.

The manager prepares the order and passes it to a markup-developer who codes the html and css.

  6. step 6.

After the markup is done, the markup-developer passes the results to the QA-team to be tested.

  7. step 7.

The QA-team tests the markup thoroughly in all of the supported browsers. This may result in fixes made by the markup-developer.

  8. step 8.

Once the QA-team approves the mark-up, it is provided to the client in a zipped file, which is uploaded to the order thread in the client area.

  9. step 9.

If the order includes implementation, the markup is confirmed by the client, and then passed to the Implementation Department.

  10. step 10.

The Implementation department creates a theme for the selected Content Management System based on the results of the Implementation investigation. The completed theme is uploaded to our staging server for review and then delivered to the client after approval.
