The Quest

This challenge is open to anyone ready to take it on, including students and established professionals. If you have what it takes, we want to see it!

All you have to do is design a responsive web page for an imaginary design conference. It sounds simple, but we are looking for a stylish, functional, engaging landing page design. There is no entry fee. The risks for the fearless design heroes willing to take on the task are few, but the rewards are many.

The Riches

The first-place winner will get the following awesome prizes:

The second-place winner will be rewarded nicely with the following:

The third-place winner will receive the following:

In addition, all the design heroes who enter this design quest will get a free 3-month subscription to myBalsamiq with full functionality and a 10% discount on their next PSD2HTML project. Exciting, huh?

The Rules

Even the most fearless designers are not above the law of the kingdom. So, here are the rules:

  • Be original. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
  • Be complete. You must include all the information about the conference in your template.
  • Be 600 pixels wide. Submit your design as a JPEG, and make sure the width is no more than 600 pixels.
  • Be timely. Your entry must be submitted by September 3, 21:00 PM UTC.
  • Be new. All the artwork in your design must be original and unpublished.
  • Be prepared to win! We will announce the results on September 8.

The Judging

Your landing page design must be not only fresh, original, creative, and all-around awesome (come on now, we know you can do that) but also functional. That means you need to make sure you create a template that is easily optimized for smaller screens. Your web page should encourage people to book tickets and sign up for news and updates about the conference. All entries will be judged by our remarkable jury, which includes PSD2HTML’s Art Director Anna Lisnyak, award-winning designer Atle Mo, and the young, talented team from
